Kim Kardashian And Kris Humphries Divorced Officially

On Friday, Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries officially reached a divorce settlement. An agreement, signed by both parties, was handed into the L.A. court, E! News confirms.

In an exclusive statement, Humphries rep told E! News: "Kris and his family are excited to move forward and are grateful for all of the support they have received in this process. His commitment to the Brooklyn Nets and the team's incredible fans is his number one priority and he is excited to head into the playoffs tomorrow with this situation behind him."

A source told E! News that Kim is "is just relieved."

"It was made clear to them that Kris had no intention of pursuing this any further," a source told E! News, saying that Kim's team learned this information yesterday. "All Kim ever wanted was to move on from the marriage and now is just relieved she can do that."

Earlier, Kim was escorted in through the private hallways of the court, and according to an eyewitness seemed "in a good mood."

Prior to granting the divorce, Judge Hank Goldberg asked Kim, "Is there anyway your marriage could be saved?"

"No your Honor," she responded. The mom-to-be also confirmed to the court she had entered into this agreement freely.

Judge Goldberg then granted the divorce, but an official judgment has yet to be entered into the court. End of marriage date will be when judgment is entered into court and judge signs off on it; this is expected to be June 19.

As for how the finances all worked out? The court did not release details, but a source tells E! News, "Kim isn't paying that guy a penny."

We're sure both parties are happy to move forward.
