Governor Nasir El-rufai of Kaduna has promised to unite the state, saying the state government has spent a lot of resources on tackling insecurity in the last four years.

 The governor made this known during his inauguration and swearing-in ceremony on Wednesday, at Murtala square Kaduna.

In his acceptance speech, the governor said just yesterday, the state executive council approved six-month maternity leave for nursing mothers in the state civil service which will help infant and their mothers.

According to the governor, the 6-month maternity leave will help mothers breastfeed for a loner time

Malam El-rufai also thank the people of the state for giving him another chance saying he will do his best to make the state better.
