Labour Slams FG over National Minimum Wage, Rally in Adamawa

The Nigeria Labour Congress Adamawa state Chapter slams the Federal government over the national minimum wage, asked the government of Buhari to retract its steps as soon as possible.

The NLC Chairman Comrade Emmanuel Fashe disclosed this today when they stage a protest to the Adamawa State House of Assembly to expressed their worry over the steps taken by the FG after series of agreement.

Fashe, however, said that Nigerians are suffering under this government, as there is serious hike in electricity tarrif, increase in PMS and other things, thereby making life difficult for the workers in the country.

On the part of the Deputy Speaker Adamawa state House of Assembly Pwamwakaino Mackwando assured the Adamawa workers of the State Assembly effort in addressing some of the issues.

He however disclosed that Adamawa state House of Assembly will continue to work hand in hand with workers in tackling the plight of the Nigeria masses
