Police parade 34 suspects in Abuja

The Nigeria Police Force on Wednesday paraded 34 suspects, arrested in connection with sundry crimes including kidnapping, armed robbery, banditry, gun running,. illegal possession of arms and ammunition, cultism among others.

Not only that, in the last two weeks, the force has arrested 92 armed robbers, 153 kidnappers, rescued 35 kidnapped victims, recovered 7 stolen vehicles, arrested 9 suspected cultists, and recovered 44 arms and 477 ammunition of various calibers.

Galaxy tv reports that the Force Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi, who paraded the suspects before Newsmen said the Nigeria Police Force remains undaunted in the fight against Banditry, kidnapping and other sort of heinous crimes occurring across the country.
He said the force has recorded remarkable achievements across the country most especially in combating crimes and criminality, managing civil and social challenges like the recent labour protest, rescuing kidnapped victims, busting gun-running syndicates among others.

Adejobi declared that thewill force continue to strengthen its investigative capabilities and collaborate with law enforcement partners as it remains steadfast in their mission to uphold the rule of law and protect the rights of every citizen.
He promised that all suspects will be charged to court at the end of investigation.
