The Rivers state police command has disclosed the re-arrest of the escaped Ifeanyi Chukwu Maxwell Dike (23yrs) of Messiah street Eliozu, Port Harcourt, who killed one 8-year old Chikamso Victory of the same address in Rivers state.

It was disclosed to journalist at the Rivers state police command by the police public relation officer, Nnamdi Omoni that the suspect who earlier escaped in Port Harcourt had been rearrest in Platue state.

Meanwhile, Omoni said the command will do the needful to see the suspect been trialed at the court of law on the murder case.

He however disclosed that more will be revealed at the arrival of Dike in Port Harcourt by the Rivers state police command.

It would be recalled that Ifeanyi Chukwu Maxwell Dike 23yrs of Messiah Street Eliozu Port Harcourt was given a hot chase and arrested before he was claimed to escape from the custody of the Rivers state police command over the death of 8years old girl in Rivers.
